With traditional lines of communication and authority being crossed and even rendered obsolete, writers, artists, journalists, and other generators of culture and expression are defying both geographic and social boundaries.
ArteEast congratulates our residency alumni Dalia Baassiri and Lara Tabet for being among the artists whose work will be shown at the Lebanese Foundation for the National Library! In a collaboration with Galerie Janine Rubeiz, the Foundation presents "Bitasarrof", an exhibition that gathers the work of 55 renowned Lebanese artists, launching Saturday, October 15th and on display through Sunday, November 13th.
